Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom work created specifically for their project. Technolojya retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-client-specific components in future projects.

Technolojya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
